WHEREAS,Hooker Brothers Sand&Gravel,is the owner of property on both sides
of the transmission line 1060; and
WHEREAS,Hooker Brothers Sand&Gravel requests access to the transmission line
1060 easement for purpose of excavating a path to transit floating equipment from the east to the
west side of easement; and
WHEREAS,Hooker Brothers Sand&Gravel has agreed to GIUD requirements for
transit under transmission line 1060.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,NEBRASKA,that Hooker Brothers Sand&Gravel be permitted
temporary construction access to transmission line 1060 easement for the purpose of transiting
equipment is approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the agreement on behalf of the
City of Grand Island.
