WHEREAS, the City Utilities Department has land located at 380 Museum Drive;
and
WHEREAS,Fortitude Mining LLC is offering a fixed rent lease to start on October
1st,2025,have an annual fixed rent of$18,000.00 with an escalator of three percent annually,and,at
the predefined renewal periods, the escalator will increase.
WHEREAS, Fortitude Mining will build a data center enclosed in a building and
conform to the decibel thresholds established.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,NEBRASKA, that the lease agreement with Fortitude Mining
LLC,for the property located within Lots 26 and 27 of Industrial Addition,Grand Island,Nebraska,
to begin on October 1, 2025, is hereby approved.
