WHEREAS, an application was filed by Fourth Street Café Inc., dba Pam's Pub &
Grub at 2848 South Locust, Grand Island,Nebraska, for a Class "C" Liquor License; and
WHEREAS,a public hearing notice was published in the Grand Island Independent
as required by state law on August 9, 2025; such publication cost being $9.20; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on August 19, 2025 for the purpose of
discussing such liquor license application.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,NEBRASKA,that the City of Grand Island hereby recommends
approval of the above-identified liquor license application contingent upon final inspections.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of Grand Island hereby recommends
approval of Pamela Ehlers, 2170 Monitor Road, Grand Island,Nebraska for liquor manager.
