NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,NEBRASKA, that the City of Grand Island be, and hereby is, authorized to acquire a public utility easement from Target Corporation on,over and below the tract of land described herein and as depicted on Exhibit A and B hereto for one dollar($1.00)and mutual benefits received. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and designee are hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary to effect the purpose of this Resolution.
