05/13/2025 Resolutions 2025-164 RESOLUTION 2025-164 WHEREAS, a temporary construction easement is required by the City of Grand Island, from property described below for the construction of South Locust Street Improvements- Fonner Park Road to 2nd Street; Project No. 2021-P-6: Property Owner Legal Description Cost A TEMPORARY EASEMENT CONSISTING OF PART OF A TRACT OF LAND DESCRIBED AS INSTRUMENT NO. 201802788, BEING A PART OF LOTS 3 AND 4, VANTINE'S SUBDIVISION, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE EAST LINE OF THE EXISTING SOUTH LOCUST STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY AND THE NORTH LINE OF SAID TRACT; THENCE ALONG SAID NORTH LINE ON AN ASSUMED BEARING OF S89°26'17"E A DISTANCE OF 1.20 FEET TO THE POINT OF INTERSECTION OF THE EAST LINE OF THE NEW SOUTH Mildred Gomez aka Mildred J LOCUST STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY AND SAID NORTH LINE, Ramirez SAID POINT ALSO BEING THE POINT OF BEGINNING; and THENCE CONTINUING ALONG SAID NORTH LINE $1,140.00 Jose N Alvarado S89°26'17"E A DISTANCE OF 11.80 FEET; THENCE S00°45'03"W A DISTANCE OF 94.82 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID TRACT;THENCE ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE N89°42'13"W A DISTANCE OF 11.50 FEET TO THE POINT OF INTERSECTION OF SAID SOUTH LINE AND THE EAST LINE OF THE EXISTING SOUTH LOCUST STREET RIGHT-OF- WAY;THENCE ALONG SAID EXISTING RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE NOO°09'20"W A DISTANCE OF 58.76 FEET TO THE POINT OF INTERSECTION OF SAID EXISTING RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE AND THE EAST LINE OF THE NEW RIGHT-OF-WAY;THENCE ALONG SAID NEW RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE N01°45'13"E A DISTANCE OF 36.12 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
