WHEREAS,an application was filed by Rodeo West Lounge,811 West 4th Street,for
a Class "C" Liquor License; and
WHEREAS,a public hearing notice was published in the Grand Island Independent
as required by state law on March 15, 2025; such publication cost being $8.80; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on March 25, 2025 for the purpose of
discussing such liquor license application.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,NEBRASKA,that the City of Grand Island hereby recommends
approval of the above-identified liquor license application contingent upon final inspections.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of Grand Island hereby recommends
approval of Francisco Alcantar, 4271 West Capital Avenue, Grand Island, Nebraska for liquor
manager.
