WHEREAS, on December 8, 2020, by Resolution 2020-314, the City of Grand
Island approved a contract with Landscapes Unlimited to manage the day-to-day operations of
the JackRabbit Run Municipal Golf Course; and
WHEREAS, sections 3,4, and 5 authorizes the City to maintain a $50,000
operating cash balance for operations of JackRabbit Run Municipal Golf Course; and
WHEREAS, Landscapes Golf Management has requested $100,000 for operating
JackRabbit Run Municipal Golf Course; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the $100,000 funding request by
Landscapes Golf Management is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the mayor is hereby authorized and directed to
execute such agreements on behalf of the City Of Grand Island.
