03/25/2025 Resolutions 2025-94 RESOLUTION 2025-94
WHEREAS, a new Fire Station#3 is being built; and
WHEREAS, a diesel exhaust capture system is needed in the new fire station; and
WHEREAS, a formal request for bids process was completed to solicit bids for the
diesel exhaust capture system; and
WHEREAS, two bids were received with Air Cleaning Technologies having the
lowest priced bid at$44,300.00; and
WHEREAS, Fire Administration recommends the bid be awarded to Air Cleaning
Technologies Inc in the amount of$44,300.00.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,NEBRASKA, that the diesel exhaust capture system bid from
Air Cleaning Technologies Inc.is hereby accepted and approved;and that the City Clerk shall store,
retain, and make available for access all related and herein referenced documents as contracts and
agreements are retained.
