WHEREAS, an application was filed by VenuWorks of Grand Island LLC, dba
VenuWorks of Grand Island LLC, 700 East Stolley Park Rd, for a Class "I" Liquor License; and
WHEREAS,a public hearing notice was published in the Grand Island Independent
as required by state law on February 1, 2025; such publication cost being $9.20; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on February 11, 2025 for the purpose of
discussing such liquor license application.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,NEBRASKA,that the City of Grand Island hereby recommends
approval of the above-identified liquor license application contingent upon final inspections.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of Grand Island hereby recommends
approval of Kyler Tarwater, of, Grand Island,Nebraska for liquor manager.
