BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,NEBRASKA: SECTION 1. That a portion of existing right-of-way, Pine Street from 1st Street to Court Street, more particularly described as follows: A VACATION OF ALL OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF PINE STREET BOUNDED ON THE NORTH BY THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF 1ST STREET AND BOUNDED ON THE SOUTH BY THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF COURT STREET BEING A PART OF GRAND ISLAND ORIGINAL TOWN AND WESTERVELT'S SUBDIVISIONS, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. SAID VACATION IS SUBJECT TO THE RETENTION OF A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT ON AND UPON SAID VACATED PROPERTY. is hereby vacated. Such right-of-way to be vacated is shown and more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto. SECTION 2. The property vacated by Section 1 shall revert equally to the east and west adjacent property. SECTION 3. This ordinance is directed to be filed in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,Nebraska.
