WHEREAS, an application was filed by MC Concepts. dba The Archives, 224 N
Locust Street for a Class "CK" Liquor License; and
WHEREAS,a public hearing notice was published in the Grand Island Independent
as required by state law on April 27, 2024; such publication cost being $12.00; and
WHEREAS,a public hearing was held on May 7,2024 for the purpose of discussing
such liquor license application.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,NEBRASKA,that the City of Grand Island hereby recommends
approval of the above-identified liquor license application contingent upon final inspections.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of Grand Island hereby recommends
approval of Crystal Rivera, 2516 Arrowhead Road, Grand Island,Nebraska for liquor manager.
