WHEREAS, temporary construction easements are required by the City of Grand
Island, from property described below to construct Tri Street Drainage Improvements;Project No.
2023-D-1:

WHEREAS, such Temporary Construction easements have been reviewed and
approved by the City Legal Department.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,NEBRASKA,that the easement agreements from the affected
property owners on the above described tracts of land are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to
execute such easement agreements on behalf of the City of Grand Island and that the City Clerk shall
store,retain,and make available for access all related and herein referenced documents in the same
manner as contracts and agreements are retained.
