1. CALL TO ORDER This is a public meeting subject to the open meetings laws of the State of
Nebraska. The requirements for an open meeting are posted on the wall in this room and
anyone who would like to find out what those are is welcome to read through them. The
Planning Commission may vote to go into Closed Session on any Agenda Item as allowed by
State Law. The Commission will discuss and may take action on any item listed on this
agenda. The order of items on the agenda may be reorganized by the Chair to facilitate the
flow of the meeting to better accommodate the public.
2. MEETING MINUTES
a. Minutes of the November 1, 2023 Meeting.
3. RESERVE TIME TO SPEAK ON AGENDA ITEMS A sign-up sheet was available in the lobby
for individuals wishing to provide input on any of tonight's agenda items. If you did not sign up
to speak on an agenda item, please come forward, state your name and the agenda topic on
which you will be speaking on.

a. Public Hearing - Rezoning - Grand Island - Consideration of an application by Rama Kilaru
too rezone Knott Subdivision located south of Lake Street and west of South Locust Street, from
R-3: Medium Density Residential Zone to R-4: High Density Residential Zone, in the City of

b. Public Meeting - Redevelopment Plan - SNH Holdings - L.L.C. - CRA Area 1 -
Redevelopment and renovation of the Elk's Building at 205 W. 1st Street in the City of
Grand Island, Nebraska. Resolution 2024-07 (C-10-24GI)
