02/13/2024 Resolutions 2024-47RESOLUTION 2024-47 WHEREAS, a permanent drainage easement is required by the City of Grand Island, from Concord Investments, LLC flca Concord Development, LLC in Crane Valley Tenth Subdivisions, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly described as follows: COMMENCING AT A SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 1; THENCE ON AN ASSUMED BEARING OF N55°33'03"E ALONG THE SOUTHEASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 1 A DISTANCE OF 62.04 FEET TO THE POINT OF INTERSECTION OF SAID SOUTHEASTERLY LINE AND THE WEST LINE OF EXISTING 16 FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT; THENCE N00°34'S4"W ALONG SAID WEST L1NE A DISTANCE OF 36.13 FEET TO THE POINT OF INTERSECTION OF SAID WEST LINE AND THE NORTHWESTERLY LINE OF EXISTING 10 FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT, SAID PO1NT ALSO BEING THE PO1NT OF BEGINNING; THENCE S55°33'03"W ALONG SAID NORTHWESTERLY LINE A DISTANCE OF 12.04 FEET; THENCE N00°34'S4"W A DISTANCE OF 92.90 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTHWESTERLY LINE OF EXISTING 7 FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT; THENCE ALONG SAID SOUTHWESTERLY LINE AROUND A CURVE IN A CLOCKWISE DIRECTION HAVING A RADIUS OF 263.00 FEET, A DELTA ANGLE OF 002°28'00", AN ARC LENGTH OF 11.32 FEET AND A CHORD BEARING OF S62°37'06"E FOR A DISTANCE OF 11.32 FEET TO A PO1NT ON THE WEST L1NE OF EXISTING 16 FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT; THENCE S00°34'S4"E ALONG SAID WEST LINE A DISTANCE OF 80.88 FEET TO THE PO1NT OF BEGINNING. SAID PERMANENT DRAINAGE EASEMENT CONTAINS 869 SQUARE FEET MORE OR LESS. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the City of Grand Island be, and hereby is, authorized to acquire such permanent drainage easement from the property owner on the above described tract of land.
