WHEREAS, the Wastewater Division of the Public Works Department needed to
perform emergency sanitary sewer repairs at 3444 W Stolley Park Road; and
WHEREAS, permission is requested to use the emergency procurement procedures as
outlined in Section 27-13 of the City Code; and
WHEREAS, Elsbury Construction, LLC of Grand Island, Nebraska was hired to do
said repairs, in the total amount of $51,137.50.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the sanitary sewer repairs performed by
Elsbury Construction, LLC of Grand Island, Nebraska at 3444 W Stolley Park Road, in the total
amount of $51,137.50 is hereby approved.
