10/12/2021 Resolutions 2021-268RESOLUTION 2021-268 WHEREAS, relocation of an existing sanitary sewer easement at 2711 Riverside Drive is required by the City of Grand Island, from Jason W. Hornady in R.W. Rasmussen Third Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly described as follows: A TRACT OF LAND COMPRISING PART OF LOT TWO (2) R.W. RASMUSSEN THIRD SUBDNISION BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER THENCE S26°49'S9"E, A DISTANCE OF 38.98 FEET, THENCE N84°16'30"W, A DISTANCE OF 5491 FEET, THENCE N00°00'00"E, A DISTANCE OF 33.38 FEET, THENCE S83°43'27"E, A DISTANCE OF 37.26 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the City of Grand Island be, and hereby is, authorized to acquire such sanitary sewer easement from the property owner on the above described tract of land.
