WHEREAS, a public sanitary sewer easement is required by the City of Grand Island,
from Bosselman Pump & Pantry, Inc. in Bosselman Crossing Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall
County, Nebraska and more particularly described as follows:
A 20 FT SANITARY EASEMENT LOCATED IN PART OF LOTS 1 AND 2, BOSSELMAN CROSSING
SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA AND MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT A SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 1, BOSSELMAN CROSSING
SUBDIVISION AND SAID POINT ALSO BEING THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE ON AN
ASSUMED BEARING OF N00°12'32"W, ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 1, A DISTANCE OF
166.63 FEET; THENCE NO1°OS'S2"W A DISTANCE OF 207.51 FEET; THENCE N89°57'S9"E A
DISTANCE OF 20.00 FEET;I�NCE SO1°OS'S2"E A DISTANCE OF 207.60 FEET; THENCE S00°12'32"E
A DISTANCE OF 166.53 FEET TO A POINT ON SAID SOUTH LINE OF LOT 1 AND SAID NORTH
RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF LAKE STREET; THENCE S89°ST59"W, ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE, A
DISTANCE OF 20.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. SAID SA1vITARY EASEMENT CONTAINS
7481.71 SQUARE FEET OR 0.172 ACRES MORE OR LESS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the City of Grand Island be, and hereby is,
authorized to acquire such public sanitary sewer easement from the property owner on the above
described tract of land.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, September 14, 2021.
