WHEREAS, temporary construction easements are required by the Ciry of Grand
Island for Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation- Various Locations; Project No. 2020-5-8, to perform
rehabilitation of the infrastructure; and
WHEREAS, acquisition of the temporary easements is as follows:

authorized to acquire such temporary easements from the listed property owners, on the above-
described tracts of land.
