WHEREAS, current property is being dedicated by the City of Grand Island as right-
of-way to accommodate improvements to the southern portion of North Road from US Highway 30
to Old Potash Highway, described as follows:
A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN PART OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE
NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE 1/4, NE 1/4) OF SECTION TWENTY-THREE (23), TOWNSHIP
ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE TEN (10) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY,
NEBRASKA, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST (NE) CORNER OF SAID SECTION TWENTY-THREE (23),

WHEREAS, such dedication of right-of-way has been reviewed and approved by the
City Legal Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the City of Grand Island be, and hereby is,
authorized to dedicate said right-of-way on the above described tract of land.
