WHEREAS, public right-of-way is required by the City of Grand Island, from
Niedfelt Property Management, LLC at Parcel No. 400149895, Grand Island, Ha11 County, Nebraska
and more particularly described as follows:

WHEREAS, an Agreement for the public right-of-way has been reviewed and
approved by the City Lega1 Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the City of Grand Island be, and hereby is,
authorized to enter into the Agreement for the public right-of-way on the above described tract of
land, in the amount of $3,000.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to
execute such agreement on behalf of the City of Grand Island.
