WHEREAS, public drainage easements are required by the City of Grand Island, from
Concord Investments, LLC in Crane Valley and Crane Valley Seventh Subdivisions, City of Grand
Island, Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING AT TI-� NORTI-IEAST CORNER OF LOT l, CRANE VALLEY SEVENTH
SUBDIVISION; THENCE S89°13'S8"W, ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 1, A
DISTANCE OF 56.33 FEET; THENCE N22°38'07"W A DISTANCE OF 145.57 FEET; THENCE
S88°23'34"W A DISTANCE OF 200.11 FEET TO A POINT ON THE WEST LINE OF BLOCK 1,
CRANE VALLEY SUBDIVISION; THENCE NOl °40'S3"W ALONG TI� WEST LINE OF SAID
BLOCK A, CRANE VALLEY SUBDNISION, A DISTANCE OF 35.00 FEET; THENCE

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the City of Grand Island be, and hereby is,
authorized to acquire such public easements from the property owner on the above described tracts of
land.
