WHEREAS, public utility easements are required by the City of Grand Island for
Sanitary Sewer District No. 544; Ellington Pointe and Westwood Park Subdivisions, to construct and
maintain such project; and
WHEREAS, ac uisition of the public utility easements is as follows:
