WHEREAS, the Grand Island Fire Department has budgeted $350,000.00 for an
addition to Fire Station 2; and
WHEREAS, Webb and Company Architects, Inc. was contracted for architectural and
design services in the amount of $19,950.00; and
WHEREAS, Change Order #1 in the amount of $2,525.00 is requested to amend the
original design; and
WHEREAS, the total for design services is now $22,475.00 and requires Council
approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that Change Order #1 and subsequent payment of
$2,525.00 is authorized for Webb and Company Architects, Inc. and is hereby approved.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, November 10, 2020.
