WHEREAS, the City Engineer/Public Works Director issued a Certificate of Final
Completion for Furnishing Components for "EIMCO� Type C3D-Full Trough Skimmer Clarifier
Mechanism; Project No. 2019-WWTP-1 certifying that Ovivo USA, LLC of Salt Lake City, Utah,
under contract, has completed such for the total amount of $126,129.00; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer/Public Works Director recommends the acceptance of
the material; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor concurs with the recommendation of the City Engineer/Public
Works Director.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the Certificate of Final Completion for
Furnishing Components for "EIMCO� Type C3D-Full Trough Skimmer Clarifier Mechanism;
Project No. 2019-WWTP-1 is hereby confirmed for the total amount of $126,129.00.
