05/14/2019 Resolutions 2019-162,�� � RESOLUTION 2019-162 WHEREAS, current City of Grand Island property is being dedicated as public right- of-way to accommodate property access along James Road, described as follows: A TRACT OF LAND CONSISTING OF PART OF LOT 2 OF PEDCOR SUBDIVISION, LOCATED IN THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE'/4) OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 11 NORTH, RANGE 10 WEST OF THE 6� P.M., CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA AND MORE PARTICLARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 1 OF DESCH SUBDIVISION IN SAID SW '/4, SAID POINT ALSO BEING ON THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 2 OF PEDCOR SUBDIVISION AND THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE ON AN ASSUMED BEARING OF SOl°46'35"E ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 2 A DISTANCE OF 57.00 FEET; THENCE S88°13'25"W A DISTANCE OF 51.47 FEET TO A POINT ON THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 2, SAID LINE ALSO BEING THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY (R.O.W.) NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the City of Grand Island be, and hereby is, authorized to dedicate said right-of-way on the above described tract of land.
