04/23/2019 Resolutions 2019-138RESOLUTION 2019-138 WHEREAS Station 31 LLC, the owners of the land described hereon, have caused the s�rne to be surveyed, subdivided, platted and designated as "LEWIS ACRES SUBDIVISION", A tract of land comprising all of Lot l, Greenscape Inc. Subdivisian, Grand Island and part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (N�U1/4,NW1/4) of Section 8, Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West of th� 6�` P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and has caused a plat thereof to be acknowledged by it; and WHEREAS, a copy of tl�e plat of such subdivision has been pres�nted to ihe Boards of Education of the various school districts in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as required by Section 19-923, R.R.S. 1943; and WHEREAS, a form of subdivision agreement has been agreed to between the owner of the property and the Gity of Grand Island. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY ��" GRAND ISLAND, NE�I�ASKA, that the form of subdivision agr�err�ent herein before descri��d is hereby approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute such agreeme�ni on behalf of the City of Grand Island. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the final plat of LEWIS ACRES SUBDIVISIOIV, as made out, acknowledged, and certified, is hereby ap�roved by the City Council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and the Mayor is her�by authorized to execute the approval and acceptance of such plat by the City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
