04/23/2019 Ordinances 9727oxDr�ra�vc� No. 9�2� An ordinance rezoning a certain tract of land within the zoning jurisdiction of the City of Grand Island; changing the land use classiiication of Outlot C 1 of Pan�erosa Lake Estates Fourth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebrask�, from RD Residential Bevelopment Zone to RO Residential Office Zone; directing that such zoning change and classification be shown on the Official Zoning Map of the City of Grand Island; and providing for publication and an effective date of this ordinance. WHEREAS, the Regional Planning Commission on April 3, 2019, held a public hearing on the proposed zoning of such area; and �UHEREAS, notice as required by Section 19-923, R.R.S. 1943, has been given to tlae Boards of Education of the school districts in Hall County, Nebraska; and WHEREAS, after publi� h�aring on A�ril 23, 2019, the City Coursc�l found and determined the change in zoning be approved and made.
