08/14/2018 Resolutions 2018-234RESOLUTION 2018-234 WHEREAS, public utility easements are required by the City of Grand Island, from the property owner of Parcel No. 400148420, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly described as follows: Public Utility / Access Easement- BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 1 DESERT ROSE SUBDIVISION, THENCE SO1°13'04"E ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 1 A DISTANCE OF 107.56', THENCE S88°54'S0"W A DISTANCE OF 54.94', TI�NCE NO1°11'28"W A DISTANCE OF 38.88', THENCE N89°40'S0"W A DISTANCE OF 236.87'. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute such agreements on behalf of the City of Grand Island.
