RESOLUTION 2018-212
WHEREAS, an application was filed by Rodrigo Sanchez doing business as Los
Hermanos Market, 602 West 4�' Street for a Class "D" Liquor License; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing notice was published in the Grand Island Independent
as required by state law on July 14, 2018; such publication cost being $16.53; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on July 24, 2018 for the purpose of discussing
such liquor license application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that:
� The City of Grand Island hereby recommends approval of the above-
identified liquor license application contingent upon final inspections.
The City of Grand Island hereby makes no recommendation as to the above-
identified liquor license application.
The City of Grand Island hereby makes no recommendation as to the above-
identified liquor license application with the following stipulations:
The City of Grand Island hereby recommends denial of the above-identified
liquor license application for the following reasons:
