RESOLUTION 2018-123
WHEREAS, public right-of-way is required by the City of Grand Island, from Mitchel
Pedersen and Brandi Pedersen at 4020 West 13th Street, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and
more particularly described as follows:
South One-Half of the South One-Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of
Section 11, Township 11 North, Range 10 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Hall
County, Nebraska, described as follows:
REFERRING TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID SECTION 11, THENCE
NOl °54 '35 "W (ASSUMED BEARING) ON THE EAST LINE OF SAID SECTION 11, 33. 79
FEET; THENCE S88°OS '25 "W, 33. 00 FEET TO A POINT AT THE INTERSECTION OF
THE WEST RIGHT OF WAY OF NORTH ROAD AND THE NORTH RIGHT OF WAY OF

WHEREAS, an Agreement for the public right-of-way has been reviewed and
approved by the City Legal Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the City of Grand Island be, and hereby is,
authorized to enter into the Agreement for the public right-of-way on the above described tract of
land, in the amount of $2,471.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to
execute such agreement on behalf of the City of Grand Island.
