Total = $8,396.74 WHEREAS, a portion of this easement is leased to Mettenbrink Farms, Inc. for farming purposes; and WHEREAS, such sanitary sewer project will cause Mettenbrink Farms, Inc. to incur crop loss; and WHEREAS, Public Works Engineering staff have negotiated an amount of $3,300.00 to compensate Mettenbrink Farms, Inc. for a portion of such crop loss. Approved as to Form tt ���- April 9, 201 S tt ty rney NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the City of Grand Island be, and hereby is, authorized to acquire such public utility easement from the listed property owner, on the above- described tract of land. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, payment of $3,300.00 is hereby approved to Mettenbrink Farms, Inc. as compensation for a portion of crop loss related to such sanitary sewer work.
