WHEREAS, a public utility easement is required by the City of Grand Island for West
Stolley Park Road and Engleman Road Sanitary Sewer Extension; Project No. 2017-5-3 and Sanitary
Sewer District No. 540T, to construct and maintain such project; and
WHEREAS, acquisition of the public utility easement is as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the City of Grand Island be, and hereby is,
authorized to acquire such public utility easement from the listed property owner, on the above-
described tract of land.
