WHEREAS, an application was filed by GIPH Restaurants, LLC doing business as
Pizza Hut, 1023 West 2°d Street for a Class "D" Liquor License; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing notice was published in the Grand Island Independent
as required by state law on February 17, 2018; such publication cost being $18.00; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on February 27, 2018 for the purpose of
discussing such liquor license application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that:
� The City of Grand Island hereby recommends approval of the above-
identified liquor license application contingent upon final inspections.
The City of Grand Island hereby makes no recommendation as to the above-
identified liquor license application.
The City of Grand Island hereby makes no recommendation as to the above-
identified liquor license application with the following stipulations:
The City of Grand Island hereby recommends denial of the above-identified
liquor license application for the following reasons:
� The City of Grand Island hereby recommends approval of Brett Klanecky,
2123 North Wheeler Avenue as liquor manager of such business.
