11/14/2017 Resolutions 2017-323� I RESOLUTION 2017-323 WHEREAS, detention cell land is needed by the City of Grand Island, from Grand Island Area Habitat for Humanity, Inc., for public storm water drainage; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on November 14, 2017 for the purpose of discussing the proposed acquisition of the detention cell land consisting of all of Outlot A in Kurz Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the City of Grand Island, be and hereby is, authorized to acquire detention cell land from Grand Island Area Habitat for Humanity, Inc., on the above described tract of land. Adopted by the City Council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, November 14, 2017.
