06/27/2017 Resolutions 2017-177RESOLUTION 2017-177 WHEREAS, an application was filed by Bosselman Pump & Pantry, Inc. doing business as Pump & Pantry #42, 1235 Allen Drive for a Class "D" Liquor License; and WHEREAS, a public hearing notice was published in the Grand Island Independent as required by state law on June 17, 2017; such publication cost being $18.00; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on June 27, 2017 for the purpose of discussing such liquor license application. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that: � The City of Grand Island hereby recommends approval of the above- identified liquor license application contingent upon final inspections. The City of Grand Island hereby makes no recommendation as to the above- identified liquor license application. The City of Grand Island hereby makes no recommendation as to the above- identified liquor license application with the following stipulations: The City of Grand Island hereby recommends denial of the above-identified liquor license application for the following reasons: � The City of Grand Island hereby recommends approval of Brian Fausch, 2009 W Hwy 34 as liquor manager of such business.
