04/25/2017 Resolutions 2017-123RESOLUTION 2017-123 WHEREAS, a public drainage/utility easement is required by the City of Grand Island, from Hastings Ventures, LLC, at 2535 & 2541 Idaho Avenue, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly described as follows: A PROPOSED DRAINAGE/UTILITY EASEMENT BEING THE SOUTH 7. S FEET OF LOT S, WOODLAND PARK SIXTEENTH SUBDIVISION; EXCL UDING THE WEST S FEET AND THE EAST 20 FEET OF SAID LOT S. and A PROPROSED DRAINAGE/UTILITYEASEMENT BEING THE NORTH 7. S FEET OF LOT 6, WOODLAND PARK SIXTEENTH SUBDIVISION; EXCL UDING THE WEST S FEET AND THE EAST 20 FEET OF SAID LOT 6. WHEREAS, an Agreement for the public drainage/utility easement has been reviewed and approved by the City Legal Department. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the City of Grand Island be, and hereby is, authorized to enter into the Agreement for the public drainage/utility easement on the above described tract of land. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute such agreement on behalf of the City of Grand Island.
