RESOLUTION 2017-59
WHEREAS, public utility easements are required by the City of Grand Island for the
Sanitary Sewer District No. 539 — North Webb Road and 13�' Street, to construct and maintain such
project; and

Eighty Eight Hundredth (101.88) feet, of said
Lot Five (5), and containing a calculated area
of Nine Hundred Thirty Seven and Sixty
Three Hundredth (937.63) square feet or Two
Tenths (0.02) acres more or less.
A permanent and perpetual easement

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the City of Grand Island be, and hereby is,
authorized to acquire such public utility easements from the listed property owners, on the above-
described tracts of land.
