WHEREAS, the Utilities Engineer and the Public Works Director have issued a
Certificate of Final Completion for Water Main Project 2016-W-3 within the intersection of 13�'
Street and Beal Street, in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, certifying that the Diamond
Engineering Company of Grand Island, Nebraska has completed such project according to the terms,
conditions, and stipulations of the contract, plans and specifications for such improvements; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Director recommends the acceptance of the Engineer's
certificate of final completion; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor concurs with the recommendation of the Public Works
Director's recommendation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the Certificate of Final Completion for Water
Main Project 2016-W-3 is hereby confirmed.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, September 27, 2016.
