find adequate live fire training opportunities; and
WHF,REAS, the assistance to firefi�hter grantprogram offers federai assistance to the
promote safcry of first responders; and
WHLRF>AS, an MOU is needed as support documentation for a regional grant
request.
NOW, THERF;['ORC, BE IT RESOLVLD BY THE MAYOR AM� COUNCIL OF
TAE CITY OP GRAND ISLAND, NESRASKA, Move to approve the MOU with Aurora Fire
Department, Chapman Pire and Rescue, Gxand Island Suburban Fixe Frotection District #3, and
Phillips Rural Fire District #9 in regards to the fire training simulator.
