RESOLUTION 2016-90
WH�REAS, an application was filed by La Mexicana, Inc. doing business as La
Mexicana Mazket, 385 North Pine Street for a Class "D" Liquor License; and
WHEREAS, a public heazing noYice was published in the Grand Lsland Independent
as required by state law on April 2, 2016; such publication cost being $16.77; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on April 12, 2016 for the purpose of
discussing such liquor license application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that:
The CiTy of Grand Island hereby recommends approval of the above-
identified liquor ]icense application continge�t upon final inspections.
The City of Grand Island hereby makes no rewmmendation as to the above-
identified liquor license application.
The City of Grand Island hereby makes no recommendation as to the above-
identified ]iquor license application with the following stipula6ons:_
The Ciry of Grand Island hereby recommends denial of the above-identified
liquor license application for the following reasons:
The Ciry of Grand Island hereby recommends approval of Veronica Alvarez,
609 S. Shilu Road as liquor manager of such business contingent upo�
completion of a state approved alcohol server/seller training program..
