4VHEREAS, an application was filed by Heritage Aospitality, LLC doing business as
Mainstay Suites, 3051 South Locust Street for a Class "I° Liquor License; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing notice was published in theGrand Island IndependenF
as required by state law on Februazy 27, 2016; such publicarion cost being $16.77; and
4VHEREAS, a public heazing was held on March 8, 2016 for the purpose of
discussing such liquor license applieation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY 7'FIE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISI,AND, NEBRASKA, thaY:
� The City of Grand Isiand hereby recommends approval of the above-
identified liquor license ap�licauon contingent upon final inspections.
The Ciry of Grand Istand hereby makes no rocommendafion as to fhe above-
identified liquor ]icense application.
_ The City of Grand Island hereby makes no iecommendation as to the above-
identified liquor license application with the folLowing stipulations:
The City ofG�and Island hereby recommends denial of the above-identified
liquo� license apptication for Yhe following reasons:
� The City of Grand Island hereby reeommends approval of Crystal Carr-
Sherman, PO Box 266, Alda, NE as liquor managec of such business
contingent upon completion of a state approved alcohol server/selter training
program.
