01/27/2015 Resolutions 2015-21 RESOLUTION 2015-21 WHEREAS,a public utility easement is required by the City of Grand Island,from an - affected property owner for the North Interceptor Phase II; Sanitary Sewer Project No. 2013-S-4, described as follows: Tract No Owner Legal Total THE NORTH 25.00 FEET OF LOTS ONE(1),TWO(2),THREE(3),FOUR(4),FIVE Northwest (5), SIX(6), SEVEN (7)AND EIGHT(8), BELS SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF 14 Crossings, LLC GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. SAID TRACT CONTAINS A $25,600.00 CALCULATED AREA OF 9,510 SQUARE FEET OR 0.218 ACRES MORE OR LESS. TOTAL $25,600.00 WHEREAS, an agreement for the public utility easement has been reviewed and approved by the City Legal Department. NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the City of Grand Island be, and hereby is, authorized to enter into the agreement for the public utility easement on the above described tract of r land, in the amount of$25,600.00. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute such agreements on behalf of the City of Grand Island.
