WHEREAS,a public utility easement is required by the City of Grand Island,from an
affected property owner for the North Interceptor Phase II; Sanitary Sewer Project No. 2013-S-4,
described as follows:

THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, BEING MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT TWO (2); THENCE
SOUTHERLY ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT TWO(2)A DISTANCE OF 85.00
6 J &B Rentals, LLC FEET TO THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;THENCE EASTERLY ALONG THE SOUTH $100.00

WHEREAS, an agreement for the public utility easement has been reviewed and
approved by the City Legal Department.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the City of Grand Island be, and hereby is,
authorized to enter into the agreement for the public utility easement on the above described tract of
land, in the amount of$100.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to
execute such agreements on behalf of the City of Grand Island.
