WHEREAS,a public utility easement is required by the City of Grand Island for the
Sanitary Sewer District No. 530T; — Sanitary Sewer Extension to Interstate 80, to construct and
maintain such project; and
WHEREAS, acquisition of the public utility easement is as follows:

QUARTER(NE'A)OF SECTION 13,TOWNSHIP 10 NORTH,RANGE 10 WEST OF THE SIXTH
P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS

NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the City of Grand Island be, and hereby is,
authorized to acquire such public utility easement from Kirby Kay Smith, on the above-described
tracts of land.
