WHEREAS,a public utility easement is required by the City of Grand Island for the
Sanitary Sewer District No. 530T; — Sanitary Sewer Extension to Interstate 80, to construct and
maintain such project; and
WHEREAS, acquisition of the public utility easement is as follows:
Bosselman Pump &Pantry, Inc.—$146,267.00
THE LAST 30 FEET OF LOTS SEVEN(7), EIGHT(8),NINE(9)AND TEN(10),BLCOK ONE
(1),AND THE EAST 30 FEET OF OUTLOT ONE(1),BLOCK TWO(2),ALL IN BOSSELVILLE
SUBDIVISION,HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA. SAID TRACT CONTAINS A CALCULATED
AREA OF 29,556 SQUARE FEET OR 0.679 ACRES MORE OR LESS.
AND
THE EAST 30 FEET OF A TARCT OF LAND AS DESCRIBED IN INSTRUMENT NO.
0201000476 OF THE REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA. SAID
TRACT CONTAINS A CALCULATED AREA OF 41,863 SQUARE FEET OR 0.961 ACRES
MORE OR LESS.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the City of Grand Island be, and hereby is,
authorized to acquire such public utility easement from Bosselman Pump & Pantry, Inc., on the
above-described tracts of land.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Grand Island,Nebraska, May 27, 2014.
