WHEREAS,an application was filed by Stueby's Alibi Lounge&Pacage Store LLC
doing business as Stueby's Alibi Lounge&Package Store, 908 N Broadwell Street for a Class "C"
Liquor License; and
WHEREAS,a public hearing notice was published in the Grand Island Independent
as required by state law on August 31, 2013; such publication cost being $17.26; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on September 10, 2013 for the purpose of
discussing such liquor license application.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that:
The City of Grand Island hereby recommends approval of the above-
identified liquor license application contingent upon final inspections.
The City of Grand Island hereby makes no recommendation as to the above-
identified liquor license application.
The City of Grand Island hereby makes no recommendation as to the above-
identified liquor license application with the following stipulations:
The City of Grand Island hereby recommends denial of the above-identified
liquor license application for the following reasons:
The City of Grand Island hereby recommends approval of Chelsa Stueben,
1320 N Huston Avenue for liquor manager of such business contingent upon
completing a state approved alcohol server/seller program.
