NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the City of Grand Island be, and hereby is, authorized to enter into the Agreement for the acquisition of public right-of-way, permanent easements and temporary easements on the above described tracts. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute such agreement on behalf of the City of Grand Island.
