08/13/2013 Resolutions 2013-259 RESOLUTION 2013-259 WHEREAS, a public utility easement is required by the City of Grand Island for the Sanitary Sewer District No. 528 —Wildwood Subdivision, to construct and maintain such project; and WHEREAS, acquisition of the public utility easement is as follows: Lawney L.
