WHEREAS, the City of Grand Island, in accordance with the Right-of-Way
Acquisition Guide for Local Public Agencies, has negotiated appraisal services with Capital
Appraisal Company, LLC for the US 30 Drainage Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, such services include Compensation Estimates of$1,800.00, with the
possibility of half day($700)and daily($1,400)rates being applied,per contract,should attendance
at meetings pertaining to this project become necessary.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the agreement between the City of Grand
Island and Capital Appraisal Company, LLC for appraisal services in connection with the US 30
Drainage Improvement Project is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to
execute such agreement on behalf of the City of Grand Island.
