WHEREAS, the City desires to enter into a no-build easement contract with Global
Industries, Inc. and Eugene J. Penrose and Janice K. Penrose; and
WHEREAS, the Building codes adopted by the City of Grand Island require 60'
unobstructed yard spaces for unlimited areas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the Mayor be, and hereby is, authorized to
sign on behalf of the City of grand Island, an agreement by and between the City of Grand Island,
Nebraska; Global Industries, Inc.; and Eugene J. Penrose and Janice K. Penrose.
